Born in 1994 in the Adirondacks. She has spent her adult years exploring the Mojave and Sonoran deserts, the West Coast, and Athens, Greece. Ramona is a Bridges Larsons fellow and a member of Columbia University’s MFA film directing/screenwriting program.
At 15, Ramona found a Canon EOS in the attic which was packed away during her parents' divorce. Her mother said it was hers. Her father claimed it was his. She took the camera for her own and found a way to speak to the world beyond the limits of her tongue.
